Who Are We?
Paketmaster is the restaurant management platform Mizanplus, one of Türkiye's cloud kitchen groups, built for its own operation. It runs every day across more than 50 Mizanplus branches in 8 cities and about 29 brands, so every feature is proven in a real kitchen first. We now open the same platform to independent restaurants, cafes and chains to cut manual errors and speed up digital transformation.
